I'm leaving this review for my experience with them today and I am NOT EVEN A CLIENT. They showed me to be the exact opposite of some other animal hospitals that care only about money and not for the animals. These people showed a HUGE heart for all animals when a girl recommended I asked them if they would help an injured bird that had a broken wing. he was sitting in my yard at the base of my tree obviously injured in one of his wings, but not injured enough for it to be fatal. after asking the "animal help now" website, someone finally told me that Fairport Animal Hospital has a wildlife vet and would be the only place that MIGHT help. when I called them they were most gracious, and showed tremendous kindness and compassion by saying they would let me bring the poor thing in! God bless these people who are truly the right kind of people you want working with all animals! I am so grateful to them, thanks once again

We have seen Dr. Hall a few times for our pup and every time it's been perfect. Very caring and always takes time to explain and comfort us if there's something wrong. I'm leaving a review because I saw they had a 2 star review and that is not fair. They're amazing at Fairport Animal Hospital and I'd trust them to take care of any of my pets. From the front desk to the check out, it's 5 stars.

Dr Brian Hall was amazing!! We took in our tree frog for treatment with bloat and lethargy, and he was very accommodating, nice, and helpful! He was able to remove some fluid and force feed him critical care, and gave us instruction on how to continue caring for him and help keep him recovering. He was knowledgeable in exotic pet care, and answered all our questions great. He was also able to see us within only a day, and the cost was less then i would have expected!I would highly highly recommend him for frogs, he knew what he was doing.
