Josephine is great at what she does! She knows her industry very well and does her best to make you feel welcome. I ended up having to switch around my appointment and she was extremely willing to work with me. I was extremely pleased by her efficiency. I was in with my paper work and out of her office within 20 minutes. I also really liked the way she had the office decorated. It was very simple and effective. She had dry erase boards with important information like 'don't get scammed, the IRS won't x, y, z.' And the info was all written in different colors. She also sent me home with my choice of wall calendar and a pen. Both had her business information on them, but I actually like that because I want all my friends to have the same great experience I had! All through out the appointment she was willing to make light conversation and had cute little ways of saying things like 'should I put this on ice' meaning she would wait on sending in my return. It just warmed my heart. I plan to return to Josephine next year. And she should to. Oh, did I mention it was MORE affordable than a very common purchase of software that claims to be free who's name contains an alliteration? Yeah. You can't go wrong.
