Lighthouse Chiropractic: Perretta Cariann DC

The absolute worst experience ever!! I had an appointment with Carriann Perretta at 10 AM, horrible receptionist would not take patients according to their appointment time it was first come first serve! The office was packed. I waited for over an hour when I finally got into see her she did not apologize for the wait. When I told her I was upset, she told me that I could leave and would not examine me shame on her. Her secretary came in and was so rude. The doctor was so flustered she didn’t know what to do! They were shuffling around papers and caught off guard because I called them out on such a ridiculous amount of time to wait to see a doctor!! Very unorganized... read full review

I have been on a waiting list for 8 months but was told that it was going to take me 2 months to get in. After I called to find out what going on with their availability, I was given the run around. I believe in this line of work they should be honest and straightforward with people.

Best chiropractor, acupuncturist and massage therapist around!! Dr. Perretta is the best!
