Terrible customer service. I walked in as a potential new long customer and the place looked rough. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned or updated ever. I walked in to a seemingly angry woman who just looked at me like I had 3 heads. So I spoke first and said I'd like to tan. She laughed and said no. I had to take a look around and make sure I was in the right building. I was like uhh, okay.. she said you need to fill out all the paperwork first. (Obviously).. She continued to say rudely that I was not an exciting customer and at that point it was clear she was trying to deter me or her from having to do any work as the place was dead empty. I never post reviews but I was so unpleased with my experience that I had to post. Also, I read the review that was posted last year and I had a similar experience with the attitude of this women. I walked in, and all she said was “ bed is open, booth you have to wait.” She said it as though I was interrupting the food she was eating. No how can I help you…have you been here before… Can I offer you some information…. Nothing. It would have been nice to get more info because the salon bed info is nowhere to be found. She doesn’t sale samples, barely any lotions that I think maybe she sells, that I saw( wouldn’t really know because she didn’t offer them)I... read full review

I used to tan here for years under older managements and loved it, now it’s gross! I spent 55$ for a month of red light bed! I went 2 times and will never step foot again in there. It smells, it’s extremely dirty, animal dander everywhere (no consideration for ppl with pet allergies) the owner is NOT friendly or inviting. If I had to guess she lives in the tanning shop….There is no decoration, it’s very un-inviting, bring your own lotion no samples or inventory to buy, hand written signs all over. She has a printer and a computer right on the desk, make it look more modern and professional. I would be very surprised if the beds are booths are cleaned after each... read full review
