Sportcentric PT is a great facility. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and can easily change and adapt his exercises and recommendations based on your progress, pain, etc. My shoulder pain reduced dramatically while working with him.
I highly recommend Derek and Sportcentric to anyone who is in need of PT.
A body mechanics magician.
Fara was able to address my acute flair up of back pain within a couple sessions. More over, with a couple months dedicated work, she resolved my chronic pain from a herniation, by re-training my body to move fluidly. I have not felt this confident in my spine in years. Her holistic and hands on approach changed my movement each session. And she educates on how to help myself, for long term results.
Really wonderful experience with every interaction with the team. Helped with a recurring back injury and I appreciated in particular the focus in teaching exercises and habits to help minimize the risk of reoccurrence. Highly recommend
