Walked us through the process with artwork and layouts and suggested what would work and what would not work. Gave him and his team the necessary time to complete the job, which was on-time. We contacted Galant Kitchens for a custom counter design quote. Rich arrived promptly following our call, and took ample time to inquire & understand what we needed. He created detailed drawings and took measurements to meet exactly what we wanted, although instead of finally selling us on a design, he took the high road, and with precise detail, configured the best solution-for-value, to meet our needs which incidentally was not his custom design. His alternative recommendation however was fit for our needs, and at a far lower cost.
