Right from the start, with my telephone call to schedule an appointment, I reached Nicole. I was grateful that I didn't have to leave a message on an answering machine. Nicole was very professional and even though what I needed done was no longer her specialty, she agreed to take me on as s new client anyway,

I can honestly say that Nicole never disappoints. I never had to wait for long periods time before getting my hair done. She makes sure that you are comfortable and pleased with your hairstyle.
