I have been in ecmc 4 times and degraf 1 time in December and January I kept telling them my thyroid was messed up and I needed antibiotics.. they basically said I was crazy and kept giving me misdiagnosis. My blood pressure was sky high my white blood count was elevated my platlets where high and they just kept sending me home with no help. Yesterday I was finally properly diagnosed by a real Dr and have Acute THYROIDITIS and needed antibiotics. Don't trust this place if you have a serious medical emergency.

Trust the science they say, but when the science says COVID is on the decline and all guidelines are being rolled back (mask mandates, social distancing, vaccination status, etc..) Kaleida Health is still not allowing visitors to see very sick family members. Even when the sick family member has had a stroke and can’t advocate for themselves.

I came in for an allergic reaction and was brushed to the side and waited for about four hours in the waiting room. I witnessed a lady have to leave the hospital because she has been here for 12 hours after a stroke and the hospital team did nothing for her. As she got up to leave the nurse told her to “feel better”. This is a disgusting display of the healthcare system and shows how little the people at Kaladia Health care about their patients. It’s safe to say I will not be returning here.
