Second time here and definitely love this place. Dominique is amazing and she earned my trust immediately! She’s also super respectful of my quieter vibes, which makes for such a great experience overall. PS- whoever is in charge of the music here should be my best friend. Amazing taste lol

Rachel Paz is the best! I took a chance to book for full a little lighter after desperately needing highlights. She listened to what i was looking for an did and amazing job with my final results. She was able to cut as well. I am so glad i finally found my new Brooklyn highlights gal!!! Run to book her asap!

Every time I have been to the Bird House, it’s always been such a great experience. This time I met Chelsie and she was the most amazing person ever! She listened to what I wanted and carefully formulated the toner and highlights exactly how I wanted her to. The result was a total and gorgeous transformation! Besides being an amazing hairstylist, she was such a warm and kind person. I am usually very anxious and awkward in hair salons around strangers, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease, and we had great conversations. I left the salon a very happy customer. From The Bird House Gowanus

Now open in Bushwick, too! • Co-founded by sisters Brooke Jordan and Nicole Jordan Hubert in 2015, The Bird House got its start in a tiny closet-sized studio in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, and quickly outgrew the space. Soon, The Bird House expanded into its flagship Gowanus location. Now, with salons in Gowanus and Bushwick, The Bird House is one of the top hair salons in Brooklyn. We’ve been featured in New York Magazine, Allure, Time Out New York, NYLON, Self, Brooklyn Magazine, among many others.
