I will never get a tattoo anywhere else. Joe is very accommodating to everything I ask and always gives constructive criticism when it’s necessary to make sure the art is perfect. The man takes a lot of pride in every tattoo he does and It shows in his work. Love this man ? oh and his work never disappoints. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
