Went in for a pedicure here because my normal place was closed. Waited about 20 min, when the guy came over he asked if I wanted gel. I said no as I bought sandals with me so drying time wasn'ta problem. He then asked if I have gel on my toes. I said No. He then took out the motorized file that they use for to take off gel polish. I said I don't have on gel, please don't use that. That tool weakens your nails too much. He was frustrated that the polish wasn't coming off easily (it was glitter polish, it requires more effort). I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now and during that time period, I was pleased with the staff and services I’ve received… for the last 4 months or so, I haven’t been happy with the service provided but kept quiet. Today was the day I had to be heard because I was not please with Tiffany and her unprofessionalism… I arrived at 11:15 with my son, she was servicing someone, so of course I had to wait my turn. When my turn came everything went well, she was about ready to polish my nails and handed me the selection of colors for me to choose from… while deciding which took less than 2 mins… a lady walked in requesting for her eye lashes to be done…...read full review
