I’m so sorry - love supporting African businesses but there has to be a level of standard. Why is everything so dirty? Take pride in your business and clean up more than just the hair. The sharing of supplies, random women touching your hair not washing their hands after touching food, filthy work stations, lack of cleanliness, coughing straight onto my scalp, clearly speaking about the customers, minimum customer service and still expecting a tip - listen to anyone who feels pressured - tips are not mandatory. I went here with my daughter. We paid $200.00 each for knotless braids. I didn't like the fact that they had an 11 year old helping braid my hair. Three different people braided my hair so the braids were completely different from each other. The 11 year old was braiding the braids down so tiny and it was looking crazy. When another woman started trying to braid my hair I said no!!! Not 3 people in my hair at once I guess it was the little girl's mom cause she was still braiding my ends and got mad and threw my braid down after she finished braiding it. I said that enough get out my hair she's fresh and I don't play that...they all gonna say she's a baby...if she's such a baby she shouldn't be braiding hair which she said she doesn't like doing! I won't go back there!

The best braiders downtown Brooklyn. Get there early because the fill up fast. I show them what I want and it's done née née and her staff are wonderful. I travel from Harlem And daughter comes from Buffalo and we're always satisfied.
