Magic Homecare Bronx Office has been servicing my mom for the last year and a half. Her case manager is Wendy R. she has been always attentive and caring. My mom was with her at her previous employer, and when Wendy left , we went in search to find where she was working and Immediately transferred my mom to Magic Home Care. The caregivers she sends are excellent. We are able to communicate with Wendy R. always even if she is off duty and we call, she responds. Great home care services from the Bronx Office.

From the moment we contacted them, their team demonstrated professionalism, empathy and a deep understanding of the specific needs of our Deaf family members. Their caregivers are compassionate individuals who are fluent in sign language. They have built wonderful rapport with my relatives. They communicate effectively using sign language and take the time to engage with them. My relatives always feel valued and understood.

I am very grateful to Magic Home Care for their excellent top notch deaf aides who take care of my elder mother. They use Russian sign language, which is same sign language that my mother uses. It made whole process to be easy ! We used to have another agency and their quality of service was not of high standard, their deaf aides were not clean, always asked for food to eat and so on. When we transferred to Magic, they sent very well behaved aides, who respected our home and were very professional in their job tasks. Big thank you!
