The owner was wonderful.. It was difficult to find someone that would agree to steam clean one room on a fourth floor (we live in an apartment and only one room is carpet).. the company has the right equipment to do a small job like this.. The owner showed up on time, steamed it to beautiful, crop-circled perfection, gave us friendly instructions on drying time and how to take care of future stains.. Best of all, no harsh chemicals.. Our room smells like a brand new room.. We will definitely use them again..

Upon walking the carpeted areas after the technician finished, I was so amazed by the neatness and pattern he left behind that I have made every effort not to interfere with the design. Without a doubt, we'll be calling him in the future.
