Eyebrows Threading, Shumi's Threading Spa

I like shumi’s. I get both lashes and eyebrows done. I just don’t like that it’s clusters and it touches your eyeballs. Very irritating. Also when she does eyelashes, it sticks on the corners of your eyes that I want to pull it out. When I tell her she has an attitude. Don’t anybody have this problem? Next day or two I keep blinking fast just not to feel the irritation on the end of your eyes and in the middle. I told her I don’t want it under my eyelid touching my eyeballs; to do it higher, she don’t listen. I have to find a newer place. Eyelashes is on point but it’s irritating.

I’ve been going to this location for about four years and I never had an issue before today . If you want good service, I will stick with the older lady because she does a top-tier job. I went in today and had a different person than usual for eyebrows and upper lip and I had to tell them that it wasn’t waxed properly and this or that needs work. When I left the chair and arrived home, I noticed how sticky my face was and then found a wax stripped was inside of my T-shirt . Just imagine having to do your eyebrows and the middle part does even get wax and they’re telling you they’re done and having an upper lip waxed, and you could still visibly see hair.

The only thing I did not like is the workers there said there are no bathrooms for the customers and that we had to go to a nearby laundromat. I felt a type of way about that and didn't like that at all.
