Alexandra and her amazing team are the best! I am so grateful for the professional service they provided for my 97 year old aunt. Every 12 hour shift was filled , totally reliable and trustworthy people. The caregivers went above and beyond in every way possible, from holding her hand , washing her hair, feeding her , the list is endless .I have needed caregivers for several other relatives in the past few years . I never imagined we would be able to find such incredible people to help us when we really needed the help . Alexandra stepped right in and was a true superstar ! We will forever be grateful .
Since being employed here, I can honestly say that not only has the staff here been helpful and caring with their employees but they also respond in timely manners regarding issues or requests to finding the best solution all while maintaining a positive professional attitude. As long as you do your job and keep a good character in the process, you won't have any issues with the Supervisor. You work with them and they work with you like a give and take relationship from that perspective.
