I requested a quote from Ben through Yelp. Yelp of course wants to send your request to a few others. Only Ben responded with a simple diagnostic question - and he helped me solve it right there. I just had the batteries incorrectly replaced. The others simply asked for a call back or a substantial upfront quote without having any idea. Ben is the kind of service provider you want.
I called to get a copy of a 1963 Corvair car key. Call was answered promptly. Even though he was in the car driving he asked me to send pictures of the keys to see if he could help. In the end, he he was unable to make this highly specialized key but instantly referred me to a competitor -- remember when this was normal? I do and I miss it. I've added them to my contacts for all future needs, that's for sure. Highly recommend! No need to call anyone else.
