John was amazing!! The experience was seamless and John was there every step of the way. Swatches arrived quickly. Carpet was purchased easily. Carpet installation was beautifully layed with professionalism by the imstallers. John called before, during and after. The customer service was truly superb. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Going forward I will purchase all of my carpets from Caesar's!

excellent experience! caesar is very responsive, responsible, fair, and knowledgeable. i highly recommend him and his team. they did a great job installing carpeting that i ordered for my stairs. caesar helped with measuring for the order and then installed it. good price, good work!
