I called Slava from AllSafe Appliance to fix my refrigerator. He was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning, arrived on time and was able to diagnose and the issue very quickly. He had the spare part that needed replacements in his van and he wasted no time in making a replacement. The refrigerator is now as good as new! After he finished with this job, I asked him to take a look at my dryer as it started to make some strange noises. Our oven wasn't working and we needed a new ignition piece. Steve answered my phone call without my needing to leave a message, and he was available to come the same afternoon. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to fix the oven in less than a half hour. He was cordial and helpful. It was especially nice that he showed me exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He was patient while I tested the oven after he fixed it. He was neat and didn't leave a mess in our home.

My Samsung fridge had stopped cooling. I contacted Allsafe and he came the next day on time and communicated his ETA so I would be prepared. He fixed my fridge and explained everything along the way. I would recommend (Steve) Allsafe for anyone with an appliance issue. A+.
