Best hair dominican hair salon in NYC. been going there for over 10 years and if you want someone to bring down your frizzy hair texture they are the best leaving it straight and smooth even if it’s naturally curly. They take their time. Best blowout I’ve ever gotten.I never found a better place to bring down my curly frizzy edges like them!Services: Haircut
