To whom it may Concern.Elio at Scalp tats nyc did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. The results were "i have a hair line once again". After years of being bald. I recommend Elio my hair line looks fantastic.
Elio did exactly what I wanted! I work as a public servant MOS and my presence NEEDS to be sharp. I think every military man or MOS who struggles with their hair needs to do this. If you already have a shaved head, this is the next step to really make you look crisp again. I noticed my hairline was moving further back and my hair was thinning. So I took the initiative to look into SMP. I googled SMP near me and “Scalp tats” came up. I looked up his Instagram, saw his website, checked out the Facebook page and saw his portfolio. Great Work at a Reasonable Rate. Elio is the owner and operator at Scalp Tats NYC Located in City Island, NY - His studio is clean and comfortable. Before he begins, Elio takes time to explain the procedure and answers any questions or concerns that you may have. He also stops several times throughout the session so you can look in the mirror and see the progress. He spares no expense and uses the latest state of the art professional equipment and the results show immediately plus the healing time is much faster than someone that uses older, out dated equipment.
