Be careful who you go to in there. So my problem is with someone who’s clearly a newer braided she’s light skin and works in the back last chair. She didn’t do my hair how I wanted and had issues grasping the hair towards the center of my head. At some point she must’ve cut my scalp with her fingernails and I got an infection. Her hands must’ve been dirty. It’s been 5 days now with me getting small bald spots and hair thinning at the roots. I had to get a prescription. I can’t even take out the braids yet bc it’s the best way to apply it… I used to come here years ago and they’re were never really clean but I put that aside cause most African shops... read full review
If I could give you guys zero I would, I recommend a fren to them because when I lived in the Bronx they were really good, she went and her hair was not done neat or was it even secure I told her to go back and when she did they would not redo it!! She asked them if they expect her to come again after that and they lady said she don’t care!!! Just horrible and disgusting!! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible work!!! Don’t waste your time or money!! Go somewhere with quality work and quality service!!!
Customer service was terrible and they acted like I was begging them to do my hair who I wanted even though I was pay and she said yes to the style but got upset when I told her that’s not how I wanted it
