Hanshi Musuko is one of the best teachers I've had. I loved the training camps. They know how to make you lose your stomach . Hanshi inspirired me to be the trainer I am today .Very balanced energy in MCF not only very skilled but Hanshi definitely thinks outside the box.The kids program leaves me speechless when I see how well the kids are being taught and how they learning . Can't wait to get my sun in there.
My daughter has been going here for close to 2 years and she absolutely loves it. Every week you can see she’s getting stronger, is focused and is very enthusiastic about being a part of the team. The Sensei is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher/mentor. The training is solid, functional and high energy…. which I think is very important to keep kids moving & healthy. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. The place is fully equipped, clean, organized and spacious. This has been a great investment!!
I’ve seen many MMA gyms around the city, and nothing comes close to how well-rounded this school is. There are so many different martial arts to learn from. Their style of fighting and physical training is high level. The best part about this gym is that all ages are welcome so that nobody misses out on the fun!
