The phone goes unanswered and today I realized why, the receptionist makes personal calls on the office phone. I went there 3 times to purchase glasses for my daughter and for whatever reason, yesterday (monday 4/17/2023) they closed at 4:30pm. This morning (Tuesday 4/18/2023) they didn't open at 9:30. This location wasn't even open at 10AM. Very ridiculous. (Bronx location, Allerton ave)

Wow go elsewhere, the only good thing there is Dr. Alfonso whom conducts your eye exam. The guy whom works with you picking the glasses you want, does not know anything about how one's insurance plan works for your glasses he will definitely screw you over so you can fork over money instead of you using insurance benefits. So beware if you go there I recommend Creston Optical over by Pelham Parkway there you are treated with respect. Creston Optical No Hassle or Conflicts, they understand your needs and work with you. Envisage is just one sided.
