So I came across Mr Shriver by chance on facebook. I asked him a few questions about an issue i had in my home and he gave me his professional advise on how to not only approach it, but deal with it properly and effectively. For that alone he gets 5 stars. If he is willing to help somebody out with free information, taking the time to answer questions.... that right there is Customer Service at the Ivy league level!
