PC Floral Designs / Peter Cooper Flower Shop

I ordered online a $53 arrangement for my Mom on Mother's Day. She never received the flowers. I tried phoning the store many times over several days, but there's no answer. Not even an answering machine. I doubt this is even a real company. Maybe it's just an internet scam.

garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this hole in the wall florist is 100% garbage!!!!! all their flowers look dead! this company is one of the biggest ripp offs anyone can find. the owner of this place is pure garbage just like his store. they have no selection at all and the quality is in such poor condition that its not even presentable to give anyone as a gift. do not order any flowers from this place. they will turn you into a fool. this is a fair warning too who ever purchase anything from here!

Luisa the manager is just amazing. She demonstrated excellent customer service. The shop is small but has a great energy about it. I'd recommend anyone to go their and arrange something nice for your wife or spouse.Thanks,Joshua
