Crossgates JC Penny staff member Grace was pleasant, helpful and professional. The store looked better than I have seen it look in a while. She didn't just stand at the counter, she actually would walk the store and arrange merchandise, all while keeping an eye on the register. Great employee!
They have good deals!But approximately 4:00 I could not find a single salesperson on the whole first floor to check me out. I had to take the escalator to the second floor and search for somebody to take my money.
Our mall closed like 5 years ago. Always loved Penneys for clothes. Every year I would buy their casual cotton shirts and tees. I can see about 30 of them hanging in my closet right now. I would get yellow, orange, green, and a few others sometimes in different sizes. We also outfitted the kids while there. This time was on our way out so we didn't shop, but probably would have found something to buy.
