The whole staff at the Albany HC is wonderful. Always friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you to make sure your appointment is awesome!!I can’t say enough positive about my sylist Karen! She always makes me look great but above all listens to my suggestions. Hers ideas are better?. Dan does wonders accommodating my schedule and the fact I commute almost 3hrs Once I had to bring my husband who has advanced Alzheimers, Dan even watched him for me until our son arrived. What a great person. Ashley is the nicest sweetest person too along with the rest of staff.I know this sounds redundant but I give everyone an A+ or a5+. They are that good.

I have been a client of HC for 10 years and I can say that the experience from day 1 to a decade later has always been 5 star. This polite , helpful, fun and talented staff helped me through the nervous first time with a genuineness I really appreciated. They care about you as a person and always want you to feel like you are satisfied and look your absolute best. I could go on and on about their customer service. I'll just say, they are flexible with appointment changes and are also prompt with appointment reminders and will accommodate in an emergency situation where services are needed in a pinch. I've been going to the hair club now for about 3 months...my amazing stylist Isabelle is awesome and all other staff members are as equally awesome. I've experienced a level of professionalism that's been extremely comforting as I go through this process. I would highly recommend hair club to anyone seeking answers about hair restoration! It's been an incredible journey so far!
