Salon 523

I was looking for a salon close to home. My friend and I were gonna switch salons. After reading the reviews we select salon 523. I called and left a voicemail message and it stated I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. It’s been a week today and still nothing.Not a good way to run a business for sure.☹️

I contacted them through Yelp and I finally heard back asking for my telephone number so they could call to arrange an appointment. I never heard from them. I also called to make an appointment and waited for a call back, but never received one. Either they are too busy to be bothered returning calls or they do not want/need new clients. In any event, I was able to get in at another salon, and will not attempt to contact Salon 523 again.

Aug 2021

A couple of months ago I called in and left a voicemail that I was in need of a new salon. I heard back the next day by a stylist who asked that I text her a picture of my hair so she could determine how long we would need. She never replied so I can't give the shop a good rating.
