“Needed my dress dry cleaned- I thought $12 was a little high but I do like the feel of fresh dry cleaned clothes. The staff person was very nice and even though I came right at closing time, she let me in and gave me the outfit. Again she was nice about it. “I dropped latex paint on 2 linen(dry clean only) blazers. My immediate reaction was to wash the paint out with soap and water. I got the paint out but was left with large water stains on both blazers. I brought them to Victor at Silverado cleaners and he said he would try his best to help. I picked them up today and to my surprise they are perfect! All of the stains are gone. Victor did a great job! I highly recommend this dry cleaner!“

“Bronco Cleaners was my go-to dry cleaner when I lived on this side of town. I still use them occasionally because their services are cheaper than most dry cleaners. The staff is always pleasant, and I trust them with my beloved clothes.

I deducted a star because I have had a few mishaps regarding the jeans I took there. I rarely wear jeans. However, I noticed the jeans I took there faded and shrunk. I have had the same issue with jeans fading and shrinking at two other dry cleaners I have utilized on the north side of town, too, so it's not only Bronco Cleaners. The dry cleaners I use on the side in the city where I now reside have no issues with dry cleaning my jeans and returning them to me without fading or shrinking them.

I reported to the employee that I noticed my jeans faded and shrunk, and she recommended the "No dry clean" option that prevented my jeans from fading and shrinking. They also once lost a pair of jeans and granted me a 30.00 credit. I almost exclusively wear slacks and dress clothes, so the mishaps regarding my jeans did not bother me. Aside from the jeans issue, they have taken excellent care of my clothes, and I recommend them because of their low service cost and the staff's pleasantness whenever I drop off my clothes.“
