ZION VivintThis company purchased the debt from another debt collector who purchased it from Vivint in 2019.... The company held onto the debt with out any notification until JULY 2023 and then tells me I owe them interest..... This is a scam.They should have provided immediate notification of buying the debt and pursuing charges. Instead they banked up and insane amount of interest and wait until the last 50 days before their final collection debt to attempt to collect it.I called the company and the Spanish lady was very arrogant and lippy. I explained the debt had been settled and they still advocating that I owe. She proceeded to over talk and use profanity in spanish...read full review

The worst customer service reps ever. This is the kind of place that gives banks a bad name. They don't even do business under their own name. The local ppl they hire are nice good ppl, but the call center and management should be ashamed of themselves. Just absolutely despicable ppl. And I don't owe them any $ or anything like that, I just have time after time had the worst experience anyone could articulate.
