Be aware of the new owner, very unprofessional to customers and employees. I worked for the original owner for years and since new ownership. Tradewinds constantly goes over their monetary limit on jobs due to the over priced billing to their customers. They will bad mouth their customers behind their backs and then except the check at the same time. Lack of leadership from the new Owner to technician. There is little to no communication from the top down. Technicians rarely fix and repair equipment on first visit. And if a technician makes a mistake the company will reward the customer with no results to the problem. The last months leading up to me resigning I had implemented safety equipment for technicians and safety meetings that were not being held through out the company and the owner took glory for that while being in another state. The new owner prides himself on the benefits package when in fact the original owner had for the past 15 years. Just be ware and do research before you let Tradewinds in your facility. Take it from someone that had been employed by the new owner for a short time and years with the original owner. There are better companies in Las Vegas for your HVAC and refrigeration needs.

One of their guys in a white company van is extremely violent on the road. Road rage is no joke, this guy was VERY scary..be careful if you see them on the road here in Vegas. I had to call the police.
