I rarely need to make alterations, but my daughter's dress was way too long. Her dress had 4 layers and it needed to be shortened. So my daughter took her dress to this place a week before she needed it. It would be ready the following week (a day before the event). Also, payment is upfront. On pickup day, I picked up the dress, took it home, and my daughter put on the dress... it was still too long in the front! We had to go back before closing to drop off the dress again. When we went back and told them about their mistake, they were quick to correct the problem. They remeasured the dress and said it could be picked up the following day, about 4 hours before needing it. They knew we needed it the next day. The next day, we went to pick up the dress, and my daughter put on the dress (at the cleaners this time)... it was perfect! Anxious time, I was really worried, but it worked out. Lesson learned-- don't procrastinate in case it isn't altered to your liking and more time is required... and try on your outfits. Date of experience: 24 Mar - 1 Apr 2023

I've gone here for dry cleaning and alterations probably over 100 times over the years. They always get it right. If I end up at another place due to travelling for work, its like 50/50 at best that there's going to be an issue. Its good to know there's a reliable dry cleaner at home that I can count on.

I have been going to this particular location for 12 years now. The owner is so sweet and kind and I have not once, had a negative experience. I love that she also remembers my name and always has a smile when I walk in. Will not go anywhere else.Service: Alterations
