Excellent customer service! My appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and that was okay I understand things happen. The owner, Mary, even gave me a discount on my next service. So the next day I texted to see when they were able to reschedule and she offered me something Sunday afternoon. I was serviced right away and the shop is nice and clean with snacks ! The stylist nichole started my braid and Mary came to check on me to make sure it was okay with me. But to her dissatisfaction she jumped in and assisted because I can tell she wanted it perfect. Just came to town to work and found this hair Salon on yelp and knew it was what I was looking for. I checked out pics posted and I definitely knew what a wanted for short term. Little did I know what I had gotten into. I braid hair and I have never had hair fall out in 3 days. I got a wash, condition and Conrow's. Didn't mind the charge of $85. At least the place looked good enough to have any shoddy/bad hair day. Afterwards I expressed that my hair style won't even last me 6 days and sure enough, on day 3 my hair was all over.
