Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly serviceman.
All I can say is wow. I don't know how these guys get 5 stars from people unless they come out and have the part on their truck and fix the issue on the spot. If your problem requires communiation and followup forget it (like the other 1 star reviews below state). There are almost zero returned calls from them even though they promise calls multiple times. Note that this is the office staff -- not the techs. The poor techs are great but have to field calls due to the office staff's ineptness. I want to thank Southwest Air, they stepped up and gave us incredible service and follow up. I use them twice yearly both spring and fall, to maintain our units going into both summer and winter. Their technicians are not only friendly, they are also very professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about the service that we received. They are company you can refer with confidence.
