Thank goodness one of my neighbors recommended Sahara Air to me. My AC hasn't been cooling like it used to but their tech Lucio came by today and made a few adjustments and my AC is cooling again Ike it used to.
Simply the best! Been using them for years now. Not the first time I’ve reviewed this amazing company. Latest great story to share: my ac went out in the early hours of this morning (6/6/24). I called Sahara at 4:30am and their after hours service answered. At 6am one of their managers called me to confirm my request. At 7:30am the regular office staff called me to confirm my imminent appointment. By 8:30am my ac was back up and running. Turned out to be a broken capacitor. What better service can you ask for?
The maintenance tech that we had was very honest and made it very easy to understand what’s going on gave us plenty of options and he’s very thorough. He spends an hour and a half up there just to check on everything. Highly recommended!
