Excellent service from the start! I hired RCP to find what my home warranty company tech couldn't figure out aside from saying I needed a new dishwasher..Clint came and found that the hose was kinked, so he replaced the hose and now the water drains properly!! Nothing was wrong with the dishwasher.

I had an issue with my fireplace not lighting. I tried fixing it myself but was unable to. A gentleman and young lady (forgot their names already!) came out and took care of it and explained how to take care of the same issue in the future. Very punctual, professional and friendly. I will use them again.

Beyond thankful to Red carpet plumbing!! Our water heater was leaking everywhere and we couldn't find a reliable company to come through. We kept getting pushed back. Finally called red carpet plumbing, they quoted us 2 hours and were there in 2 hours! The water heater needed to be replaced. They had it up and running within 2.5 hours including traveling for the new water heater. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!
