Kimberly was so welcoming, which is a great way to start your appointment, and she made the checking in/out process very quick and easy. Kimberly is very easy to talk to as she explained to me what exactly I should expect before starting the IPL procedure. It was apparent that Kimberly truly cares about her patients and their comfort.
