I went in and had my eyebrows tinted. Karla was so sweet. She listened well and when I left and saw one was lighter than the other I came back in and she fixed it right up. Very friendly and professional.
Sabrina completed my wax and I was very pleased with the service. She had amazing customer service, was very well educated in her field, and made me feel like I was hanging with a girlfriend the whole time. I’ve been getting waxed forever and no one has ever been able to assist me with my hyperpigmentation. Not only did she have amazing tips but her wax left me softer than ever and even a bit lighter. The only disappointment was that I visited the IG page after visiting the shop hoping to connect with her but didn’t find one photo of her. She’s a beautiful black woman and I noticed that the IG page had very very little of it’s non Caucasian employees advertised....read full review
AMAZING. One of the best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever had. I even got a little goody bag at the end for aftercare :)The staff is very friendly and the vibes of the place are like no other! I will definitely be back.
