Fantastic service. Can't say enough as to how good they were to deal with. Firstly I was going to be away when they were supposed to make my delivery. So I called and they gladly held it a few days for me. Then when they came I was away from the house and the driver asked where I would like it placed and when I came home shortly after it was down my driveway in front of my garage. Good old fashioned service. Can't beat it. I only wish I knew the driver's name to thank them publicly. I hope my next delivery comes Day and Ross.

Guys and gals are friendly. Have stopped here multiple times when FedEx hands over economy shipments to these guys. Only thing is, the customer doesn't know, when FedEx drops their parcels off to these guys, that you, as a customer, can add on another number of days, sometimes weeks, before you actually receive your parcels. It's happened to me several times in the past year. A better system is needed. When you check tracking numbers, and see an expected delivery date, add on another few days, you'll then get a delayed email, then another delayed email, until eventually you get an email saying delivery date unknown.
