Fantastic clinic! Friendly front desk staff, great ambience, excellent care, and good music! Taya was thorough in asking questions and making sure she was giving me the services I needed. She did scraping, hot and cold towels, and some barefoot massage as well. She targeted my sore spots, and found new ones haha. Consistenly the best massage team in the city.
As someone who is no stranger to massages, Minn absolutely blew me away with not only her expert massage skills, but with her knowledge of the body. Before my massage, Minn did a postural assessment which was extremely helpful. I’m someone who likes knowing what could be worked on with my regards to poor postur/ muscle soreness and Minn is a superb communicator both during the massage and after. I have already booked my next session. Very impressed with my experience here!
Great session, learning that even though I think I'm stretching I'm subconsciously protecting injured areas. Need to be more intentional in my stretching and flexibility practices.
