I had my stairs redone and am very happy with my results. Every staff member I met was friendly and easy to talk to. I dealt with Matt who was awesome (even though he's a Steelers fan), knowledgeable and helpful. Initially, my installation got lost in the shuffle but Ritchie's handled it perfectly. They took ownership, scheduled it on my terms and made it right. The installers were polite, efficient and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them again for flooring needs and highly recommend them!

Ritchie’s was great from start to finish. Our salesperson, Jason helped us pick the perfect product and dates that worked best for us. The prices were way more reasonable than the competitors. The installers, Lindsay and Tony, did an amazing job putting in the flooring and were so precise, professional and wonderful people! Then Cathy helped us navigate returning some extra materials and we got a refund. All this and a Canadian, family owned and run business which we love to support.
