Update — once I got in touch with the owner she promptly refunded me in full and was very apologetic for the service I received. I deeply appreciate the integrity this demonstrated. ??
Got a lash lift here this week and they totally ruined my eyelashes. They’re permed sideways, crossed over one another, and some lashes weren’t curled at all-it looks awful.
The esthetician was very sweet but clearly inexperienced—she missed dying some of my lashes, got dye on my forehead, and left glue all over my face.

Absolutely the best place to get waxing and sugaring done. All of the staff are super nice and friendly and are very good at their jobs, I always end up leaving with exactly what i want done❤️
My services were with a younger and possibly a newer worker. She was sweet and the atmosphere was youthful and fun. I feel it would have helped if she explained the process prior and what to expect after as it was my first time. I assume there were stubborn hairs as she kept repeating the process in the same spots which now are highly sensitive and irritable. When I left, I still found hairs under my chin and sugar left under my nose. Overall it was a different and interesting process, definitely not worth what I paid when comparing the results but I believe someone with more experience would have sufficed.The owner followed and was able to acknowledge the situation and... read full review
