I got in a bad accident was taken ro the er by ambulance. The nurse that greeted us seemed sarcastic and very little care about the patient. The lady that took my xrays was extremely rude making sarcastic rude comments not caring I was in pain. Also the other guy that took my xrays got mad because I talked to.him he was extremely rude saying he wasn't my friend or buddy. Over all it was over packed in there, not enough employees. Everyone seemed mad to be doing their job.over all not a good experience.

Have recently spent time in the maternity ward and NICU at Mountainview Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM. Nurses and doctors - completely amazing. The facility was disturbingly dirty. The maternity ward floor was dirty with daily dirt and long term grime. Spots and drops of all colors on the floor and doors. Hard water crud build up in the sink and counter corners. Can germs live in that buildup? Light switches, gag. On to the NICU. The nurses saved the day. Incomprehensibly, there was no rocking chair in the NICU. Inconceivably, the bathroom floor in Walmart is cleaner than the floor in the NICU. I know it wasn't cleaned let alone swept for at least 36 hours. Jesus wept.

ER was packed the late afternoon that I was sent by my doctor to Memorial with a cardiac issue. I did not expect the best care at such a busy, seemingly understaffed place (I never saw a doctor), yet people who did check on me were pleasant. The problem came after many hours of waiting. When tests completed in the middle of the night, I was told nothing serious was found and I was released. I went into a dark waiting room where I was to exit to a dark parking lot at a very late hour. I had been dropped off so had no car, and no Uber or Lyft was available. The hospital staff had no advice about how to get home safely, so I called a family member in the middle of the night for help. Luckily, they answered the phone. Meanwhile, I received no diagnosis or test results, just a summary form useless to me and my doctor. I asked for portal access or paperwork usual at every ER release I previously witnessed/experienced. I was passed to different staff, finally got vague instructions on how I could return during a business day to request more information at another building. My doctor never got my data, and I hope never to go back to this facility.
