A-lot of businesses could learn a thing or two by this company’s customer service. Weststates customer service has an old school fundamental approach and is quite remarkable. Albert is as good as they come, and everyone I encounter there is awesome.

I wanted to see what that a local business had versus the box stores. Chick gave me personal attention and answered my questions and gave me book of Moen products I could look over at home. No pressure and I will be back.

This place is the best! Super knowledgeable and helpful staff and they had a part I needed that no other shop in town carried (I'm talking big box stores, hardware stores and other plumbing supply stores). These guys are lifesavers! Highly recommend.
