Response to the message below: I have proof from my bank that you are lying but you weren't interested in seeing that and you conveniently never sent the supposed bank report you referred to in your message here, even though I've asked for it twice. And you've hung up on me each time I've tried to resolve this on the phone. Clearly you're only interested in scamming people but you don't want the public to know this.SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!This company is proficient in scamming people. They have found a way to create scenarios where they can charge "fees" according to their "policies." I too was transferred from Four Corners Escrow to Executive. I had no troubles with the transfer. Everytime I had to call for information, the office staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant.

They do not keep on top of the accounts and communicate with the buyer or seller of money in the account to pay insurances or property taxes. Instead they wait until they come due to tell you that you need more money to pay them. And they expect you to have the money. This is why the money for these items is included in the monthly payment. It should be up to the Escrow company to monitor the accounts to make sure that there is sufficient money to cover expenses. And when there isn't they should let the buyer and seller know so that it can be adapted to make sure that money is there.
