“I have read some of the comments and cannot believe that so many people have had so many bad experiences. He was so polite, knowledgeable, funny and very kind! He made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything to me. I wear glasses, so having an eye exam is not a big deal. This exam though was for me to get contacts for the first time. I'm almost 38, I've been in glasses for over 30 years. He explained everything, and made sure I had all the information I needed. His receptionist was/is absolutely a sweetheart! She helped me and stayed with me the entire time I was nervously trying to get them in the first time. She helped me figure out the right type I needed. What to do, how to take them out, etc. Now I know this is her job, but sometimes people aren't friendly, and when I say she made me feel like we were good friends, and I am an introvert and extremely shy, so for her to make me feel like that means a lot to me. Dr Bussanmas has been an amazing doctor. He helped me tweak my script so I could see a tad bit better, and explained how things are, and what I would need to do. He is always willing to assist when I have a question, or 100. I swear I think I have called and asked for help so many times, and they still are super friendly and helpful.I'm sorry some of you have had issues. I'm not sure why. He is a very kind doctor and, that's hard to come by. Especially one that can make you comfortable talking....and like i stated above. I am extremely shy.Maybe it's just his humor doesn't bode well with y'all.Also to address the issues with tardiness. Sometimes things happen. I am young enough, but still find myself late for appts even if I leave super early because of my chronic health issues. Dr Bussanmas could have something similar, or not at all. None of us know, and frankly it is not our business, he is a person like anyone and we have flaws. So next time you feel angry because he is late, be considerate. Maybe he wasn't feeling good, maybe he needed to do something that took him a bit longer to do. Everyone's always saying to stop all the hate and rudness, yet here we are in the reviews jumping right into it.“
