Working with Ramon at Q House was a wonderful experience, start to finish. We needed the webbing of the seats of our dining room chairs to be tightened and the cushions replaced. The chairs were already upholstered with hob nails. Ramon removed the nails and upholstery, repaired the webbing and replaced the cushions, and put the upholstery and nails back on. The chairs are perfect and look brand new. They feel solid and are really comfortable to sit on now. Ramon responds immediately to text messages and finished the job exactly when he said he would, plus he's just a really nice guy.
