What a great company! Riley on the phone and Alex who came out were both lovely, lovely people. Everything was so easy and stress-free because these two were so friendly, helpful, and professional. Alex was very knowledgeable and made sure to double check everything so that we would know he was diagnosing my issue correctly and fixing the right thing. I always worry I will be charged for things I shouldn’t be or overcharged and that was absolutely not the case; I felt I was in wonderful, trustworthy hands with this company. Jake Ortega and his team are awesome! Got in touch on a Thursday, had Alex out on Friday to inspect the problem, and scheduled for a split system install on Monday. These guys moved their non emergency calls to the side to ensure my family and I to had running A/C again. Alex #1 and Alex #2 were super knowledgeable and worked quickly. They pulled out the old units and put in the new ones in about 6 1/2 hours. The work they did was very clean and the new A/C is running like a dream. Besides the great customer service and great work, the price was much more affordable than these "big name" companies.
