I highly recommend Mark and his company. They did an excellent job installing a new swamp cooler at my home. The thing that really blows me away is that 2 weeks later my hot water went out. I called Mark at HVAC logistics for help. He was able to diagnose the problem just from the information I provided on the phone (obviously an experienced professional with superb knowledge base). He also saved me a ton of money by utilizing the warranty and getting the replacement parts for free from the manufacturer. I recently had an evaporative cooler install arranged by HVAC Logistics. The service and communication provided by Mark and his installers were excellent. The time from the estimate to install was 2 weeks, and their price for total parts+labor was a few hundred less than what a big box store’s hvac contractor quoted for labor only. Mark’s communication during the install was excellent. He called to let me know he was available for any concerns during the install and once again to ask how everything went when it was all over.
